Learning to be patience is a hard virtue to acquire, you want a right answer right away. Yet, it is one of the basis where you can just stay focus and wait for that raise to be given to you. Having a great deal of patience on dealing with that raise that you want could be somewhat too hard but if learning and acquiring that enduring and persevering attitude could be more rewarding. One day you may just wonder that its worth a wait.
You cannot come with an answer right away, you need to learn that even if you wanted it, have a possible expectation that you can get it and have a positive attitude that you can have it; you still need to be patience to get that answer. Your endurance and perseverance may be tested or measured, but you still have a hope that you can have it. To be patience might be too hard especially if you have a great desire to get that raise, but just learn that through patience, you may get the answer that you want. Learning to be patience is somewhat testing our faith on how much we believe in that we can really get that raise, on how much faith did you exert to get that desire.
Your objective is to get that raise but you just have to wait for the right answer if you can get that raise or not. If you don't learn to be patience, there might be a chance that you lose hope for that raise that you wanted. Just focus on what you can do for now, there is nothing you can do about it when you can't get that answer right away, instead set your vision to maintain that proper objective; make a value of what you work for, establish a right attitude towards your goal, maintain balance towards your work and just be flexible about the days to come.
