A Few Tips in fashion to camouflage a beer belly
1.) Most men that carry weight in the middle carry less weight in their legs. To even this out and make you look more proportioned wear a lighter color on the bottom and darker color on the top.
2.) The newest trend in button down shirts is to wear them untucked. This can agree with almost any age group if worn appropriately and creates a slimmer line.
3.) Never wear horizontal stripes always go vertical.
4.) Never wear a stripe across the chest! It directs all attention to the wrong area if you carry in the midsecion.
5.) Make sure not to wear too clingy of fabrics. Muscle shirts just aren't going to work. For casual wear, opt for a nice cotton t-shirt or a great looking solid polo shirt.
6.) Don't wear clothes that are too baggy! Surprisingly this bulks you more. Go for a regular or slightly wider leg pant and a nice fitting shirt.
7.) Don't wear pants that are too tight! You'll end up looking like a round lollipop on a stick!
Confidence! Don't hide behind black and sweats! No one will be looking at your belly if you are wearing a smile!
