Would you like to have five simple exercises that will bring you vitality, health and an overall good sense of well-being?

Tibetan Yoga is an ancient discipline which is used by many as a way to "work out" their bodies and gain a healthy and young body. It helps you relax from everyday stress. It also helps to tone your muscles. I have been practicing Tibetan yoga for a couple of years now. I learned from a reputable teacher for about three months. After that, I went on my own doing my Tibetan yoga routine almost daily. However there have been weeks where I have practiced only two days, and also there have been weeks when I have done my yoga routine twice a day. This is up to you.

There are many "types" of Yoga. However, there are underlying common principles in all of them. Breathing is one of them. Yoga gurus and teachers explain that having the correct way of breathing is the key to a good body and mental health. I have noticed that this is true in my 2-year experience with yoga. There is whole "science" in learning how to breathe but learning and practicing yoga will bring you the correct way to breathe with ease and almost automatically. I started doing 5 per day and worked upward until I did 21, and then scaled down to 15, simple because of time concerns. However, I can assure that the routine takes no more of 15 min if you do 21 reps of each of the 5 exercises.

There are many available online resources for learning Tibetan Yoga. Explore the web, find a good teacher and learn, then go on your own. It will pay you many times the little effort you put in every day with this routine. I can assure you that..
