Bad reasons for quitting your job

Bad reasons for quitting your job:

1) Because your bored! Think very very carefully about this one, is it the job that's actually boring or are you making it boring?! This should be obvious by your motivations and if they aren't there at all, then leave.

2) Because you don't like the people you work with! An employer and the employees do not define your role. If you have the capacity to enjoy your work but with other people this sould be made clear to a superior or the HR dept.

3) Because you can't do the work! Keep quiet and challenge your abilities. If your employers saw fit to give you employment maybe they saw potential in you that you aren't aware of yourself. Have confidence and if your abilities tuirns out to genuinely lacking then enjoy the learning experience.

4) Because your peer network, or you, dont like you talking about it or what it's called that you do for a living! Find pride in your contribution in society remembering people empty bins, post letters and sweep streets happily knowing it's just a job and a means to afford life. And many of these professions are the foundations of what keeps society ticking along. No one job is better than the other and is worth more in contribution than in it's title alone. Have pride being part of the society machine rather than a drain!
