It all begins with an attractive floor.
You can have all the best organization of cabinetry and tool placement, great pictures on the wall and even the new "vette" proudly parked in your "G-palace" but you are absolutely nowhere without an eye-appealing and attractive floor.
Try it for yourself. Clean up all the old leftover junk. Organize all the tools from lawn care to mechanical. Even splash a new coat of paint on the walls. Now, stand back and take a look. What's the one thing you see that's unattractive? It's the floor. There's a grease spot where 'old faithful' has been parked forever. There are cracks in the surface due to years of settling. There's the paint spill uncle Johnny left when he helped you paint the house several years ago. The list continues.

What's the fix? Painting the garage floor with a deck paint is not sufficient. One reason is that once you park the car on the painted floor you will have what is known as 'hot tire lift'. Basically, the paint on the floor sticks to the tires of the vehicle and the nightmare begins.
There is an answer to this problem. A product has been developed especially for garage floors. This product consists of a two part catalyzed water-based resin paint. (A cleaning process needs to be executed before any paint is applied. Normally, a cleaning kit is offered with the paint kit. This process is very easily achieved by following instructions. This includes patching cracks in the floor with a two part filler which dries as hard as rock.) The first coat of paint to go down is known as the 'bond coat'. A special polymer additive is poured directly into the prepared two part paint mixture. (Tip: Cutting in the floor around the walls first, is recommended.[cutting in is the process where you hand brush the material from the wall out about six inches. This is done around the walled perimeter of the garage.] After the cutting-in process is complete then the rest of the paint is applied with a roller. This can be done from a clean five gallon bucket with a roller screen placed in the bucket in order to squeegee the paint before applying to the floor.(The clean buckets, roller cases and brushes are usually supplied as part of your kit.) Work from inside the garage to the main opening such as the double garage door. This paint should be allowed to
