Get that raise: Learn patience for your answer
Article ToolsIt easy in this culture to want everything in a hurry. We want a new car every two years instead of taking care of the one we have; we want money in a hurry that why so many play the lotto on a daily basis, if the truth could be told, but how about just working hard and waiting to be honored?
At your job, it would be wise to learn the value of patience. Currently, I'm experiencing that. It will take time to earn the money you desire, but if you learn to work hard, save you money; and yes, rely on God to get you through the day, your pay raise will come and many other things too.
You learn how to wait for blessings; you learn not to spend everything you get; and you learn the value of patience; whether in saving or just waiting for that promotion.
It may be an old saying, but its true: Working hard always pays off, and patience is the force behind it.
