Boredom in the bedroom

How to improve the night using some friendly tools.

This week, I have been reading into what aphrodisiacs are used for and how they are useful. The word aphrodisiac is derived from Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and aphrodisiacs are used to increase sexual performance and pleasure. So bearing this in mind,I have put together a list of things that comprise of some forms of aphrodisiacs to help boost the pleasure in your night. Each tip can be used individualy, or all the tips can be done in order to make sure that you get the best boost out of your night. As well as an added bonus tip at the end of the article to help top it off nicely.

1)In your room of desire, dilute three drops of Jasmine oil with water into an oil burner and light. Jasmine gives off a sweet scent mixed with musky undertones which is designed to enhance your mood and uplift it with it's heady scent.

2) Scattering rose petals over the bed is a more traditional outlook to a romantic night. However, red roses stand for pure love and so scattering the petals of them over your bed sheets sends out a strong signal of passion which helps to 'set the scene' for the night.

3) Make a nice supper meal containing foods which by being aphrodisiacs, are labelled to help increase your sexual attractiveness towards your partner. The following short list is a list of foods that you can eat with your hands that makes it even more sensual for you and your partner to enjoy together.

Strawberries. (with squirty cream for an added bonus)
Mango's
Love apples (an old name for tomatoes)
Bananas as they are high in potassium and zinc and so are essential for male potency.
Peaches & ripe figs ( these are visually similar to the female sex organs and are good as guys are more visually stimulated)

As an added shall we say 'bonus' for the end of your evening, the spoon could be just what you need to help polish the night off and burn away those calories you piled on the day before!

The spoon

Forming the spoon position is an excellent way to make a good connection with your partner BEFORE making love to one another. You both need to be lying on your left side so that your chakras are aligned and it does not matter who is on the inside od the spoon.
While doing this, you should be concentrating on harmonizing your breathing. The person on the back should be taking their lead from the one in front. (Taken from mind, body & spirit, Harnessing Your Tantric Energy).
