Sorry about the above - silly I know but just something an old friend used to preech and he is a Million air with a property port folio of 26 Million or so.

Anyway telling you that investing in property is the way to go is the same old line - true but old and if you dont have money to begin with it is difficult so USE SOMEONE ELSES.... you heard me, and heres how.

1) Apply for one of the credit cards/loans where you get the money now - pay 6 months/12 months later.
2) Take out a Premuim Bond from the Post Office that offers you your initial Capital as the min payment.
3) keep an eye what is going on in the market and just keep checking how yours is doing. If after 6 months you dont earn a penny - you cash it in and pay back the borrowed money - nothing lossed. On the other hand, if you do make money you can pay back the loan with the origianl amount, invest your winnings and so the cycle continues (if you are then confident you can borrow more so you have your own "winnings" invested, plus another interest free, loan).

One thing is you will have to be very disciplined about writing down the dates of the loans etc because you dont want to have to start paying interest on the borrowed amounts.
