While Survey sites such as chio!, spidermatrix, American consumer options and others do indeed have surveys for the international community these surveys are to far to few and infrequent to for you to make anything else then an bimonthly tip.
Getting paid to read emails is another option. Here the problem becomes not availability but the cheer stupefying amount of emails you'd have to read in order to make any money even if you spend most of a day clicking links. You'd make less then a dollar.
Of course on line games are an option. Some places tell you that you can make money from testing games. This is true. However the availability of high quality game testers far exceeds the demand so it's an very unlikely option. There is also poker, bingo and other gambling games. There however you stand to loose far more then you'd gain and the only person who is sure to make any money is the person conducting the game.
There are sites such as helium and tripod and others who pay you for generating clicks on advertisement. However but that takes both luck and skill. Skill to write something that people will be interested in reading and luck so that the people who are reading the interesting thing you are writing happen to see and like an advertisement enough to click on it (on that note why not click on an advertisement to the side here to see how it feels).
You can cut out the middle man and create sites with advertisements on them so you get all the revenue from the clicked clicks. This takes more skill and slightly less luck.
There is the ebay franchise where you can either sell stuff you have or buy and sell stuff at a profit. Requires time and skill.
There's the stock exchange. Which boils down to the same things as ebay you have to be lucky. Aware of the world around you and hardworking.

These are the main methods of making money on line. Whether you are international or not. If you are going to make it into a living it is going to take hard work. At least to begin with.

There is no magic bullet. There is no one who is going to give you amazing amounts of money for doing nothing.

If it's to good to be true it probably is.
