Do celebrities deserve some level of privacy?

Before being beneath the spotlight, walking along the red carpet and being an "it" female or an "it" male amongst a famously known society you only have an idea of what it would be like. You only have the mental image of what your life would be like with the fame, the fans and the glamorous lifestyle. Then eventually it all becomes a reality. How does on take so much within all at once?

They whine about it. My honest opinion is that a lot of celebrities need to be denoted back to waitress or hamburger flipper at the local diner. I believe that with all the dreaming and conjuring up of the high life and having the sole idea of what it's going to be like including privacy wise with the media all over your every move, your adoring fans surrounding you. You knew what you were getting into before the fame game so now that you're privacy level is close to non-existent due to your stardom, to whine about it is pointless and pitiful.

Do I believe that celebrities deserve some level of privacy? Well, I do believe that they have the right to use the restroom, bathe, partake in sexual acts all on their own without having to worry about material showing it being stretched across various websites amongst the Internet within a twenty four hour time frame. However, do I believe that they should maintain a normal level of privacy such as what a normal nobody receives? No, I do not. It's all in the job description. They may have not comprehended it properly before diving into their fame head first with their bank accounts open but they certainly had an idea that their lives and privacy in general would never be as it was.

Basically being a celebrity means that you are a public figure. Your public owns you and your every move. If you can't handle that notion then you shouldn't have wanted the attention to begin with.

I also find it highly amusing that generally those at the beginning of their embarking onto A-list status, they're all for attention from anyone and everyone that will provide them with such. However once they're on the A-list, they start to get attitudes and attack the media amongst the other people that they once craved attention from. Ironic isn't it?
