There will never be a solution and their will always be problems. The problem is the big CEO, are trying to compete and make money. And the employee that are losing their jobs don't understand, and blame others. The problem is we need to look at the big picture, not just one side of either party. A little about myself,I was making 18.50hr,and that was great money, and I was let go. I'm making around 9.00 to 10.00hr now,and I lost everything I owned. You would think I be pissed off,yet it opened my eye to alot of things.I was not prepared,I spent money like it was water and bought many material things that never really made me happy. Well it all gone. I hear all problems from both sides and yet I don;t hear the other side defending the other side,it like both sides are selfish. Now here is the big picture. The big corporation need to compete to stay in the market. They need to build there products cheaper and what better way to do that. Go over sea for cheap labor, and not worry about health care. These company have that right to stay in business. Now the products are cheaper and the consumers are buying them, how do I know, look at the profit CEO are raking in. Now the employee did nothing to stop this, until their job was on the line. The Union jobs are easier and they still want more money. They are never happy. Don't get me wrong, the Union created a good thing, protecting the worker. Look at how many people are getting a free ride. And if you are not in the Union, you can kiss your butt goodbye. There are more people filing bankruptcy in the union, then the average Joe. Look at where they have their convention,Las Vegas. The Union has issue that need to be address,or they will longer exist.I have shown you the problems, and here are my solutions. All this money they are paying the CEO need to stop, and use more wisely. If the CEO were so smart, why are people losing their jobs. What will the stock broker do when nobody can no longer buy their products. And if the CEO were so smart,Why didn't they see this problems earlier? They don't care. For example: Look at Eaton, the man who sold Chrysler to Germany, only to be suck dry and returned broke. Did you hear about the 71 million dollar home he built. Enough about the CEO,how about the Union and the average worker. The Union are way over past due. Why were the Union not letting big Corp, outsource some of their work to the average Joe in the U.S. A few jobs might have been lost, instead of thousands. The Union force the big Corps,to go over sea. While many small business went under. And how many time have you heard the average Joe complained about his Job.Well Joe, we found somebody to do it cheaper and does not complain. Now that sounds like a solution, but will anybody fix the problems.
