Say "Women's Movement" people think: radical feminist. Every man born on the face of the earth has one thing in common, they were born of a woman. A woman carried an embryo and fetus in her womb for 9 months to give birth. So why would men not support the women's movement?
Men have sisters and daughters. Why would men not want to support a movement to make their lives better? Maybe it is because men want women to be subversive to them. Unless they were born into slavery no man knows what it is like to be relegated to a position of less than human with no rights. The women's movement is about changing the status quo.
Women are people too. They have brains, talent, abilities the same as men do. Most women do more work then men. Men usually have had wives to do their cooking for them, wash their clothes, clean the home, and raise the children. The women's movement has made it possible for some men to take some of the burden off women by helping with these chores.
I think all men should be supporting the women's movement. If they do not, it implies that they think they are superior to females. How would their mothers, daughters, sisters feel about that? Actually, most women already know what it feels like to at the mercy of bigger, stronger men. Men rape and get away with it. They beat their wives and get away with it. These are things the women's movement set out to change starting with the right to vote for the elected officials that make laws concerning them. How would a man feel if he were not allowed his basic human rights?
