What do you choose?
There are several things to take into consideration when it comes to picking tile for your bathroom floor.
First- how much do you want to spend?
Second- There is vinyl, Ceramic, and Rolled linoleum.
Third- There are different designs for vinyl tile and usually they come in 12" X 12" squares. Most of these are a peel and stick, problem with these is they tend to get dirt in the grooves between the tiles and they will start coming up.
Fourth- Ceramic the are also many design and styles and colors. These cost a little more and will look and last longer, However it will require and thinset mortar and grout to install them and usually every one to two years you need to seal the grout lines. however there are many thickness of these also.
Fifth- Rolled linoleum also has alot of different design and patterns, however it is the hardest of them all to install and if you get a cut or tear in it then you will need to replace the whole thing instead of pulling up square and replacing it as in the vinyl or the ceramic tile.
Me personally i would go with the Ceramic tile because you can mix and match and make your own design if you like and you can also put the radiate heat underneath.
