Simple and Easy Tuna Salad
The apples add a little sweetness and crunch. A great recipe for those who don't like pickles. You can make any changes you like. This is just a basic easy recipe.
Tuna Mixture
1 can tuna, drained
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
teaspoon lemon juice
1 apple, peeled and diced
Salad
Any salad greens you like. I usually pick out some prepackaged salad.
Wash.
Dressing
Any bottled vinaigrette. I like balsamic Italian vinaigrette.
Directions
Mix diced apples with lemon juice to prevent browning. Add tuna and mayonnaise. For a nice presentation, make a bed of lettuce on the plate. Then use an ice cream scoop to serve the tuna mixture.
Drizzle with salad dressing.
