Three Easy and Delicious Fruit Salad Recipes. Serving Two to Eight Include Fruit Medley for Two, California Walking Salad with Honey Orange Dressing and Summer Sunset Salad. Enjoy!

California Walking Salad Serves 6-8
1 pd seedless grapes
1 red apple cubed
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup roasted chopped peanuts
1 head Iceberg lettuce, cored, rinsed, drained and chilled

1. Mix grapes, apple, raisins and peanuts in bowl.
2. Carefully remove lettuce leaves from head
3. Put 1/2 cup of fruit in each lettuce cup
Serve out of hand.

Tip: Fold each end of lettuce leaf in and roll up.

or Dressing of choice.

Fruit Medley For Two
2 oranges
1 banana
1 apple
2 cherries
1/4 cup coconut
2 slices fresh pineapple
Cream

Section orange, reserve juice. Put in large bowl. Chop fruit except cherries and add to orange.
Sprinkle reserved orange juice over fruit to prevent browning.
Sprinkle with coconut. Top with Cream.
Divide into dessert dishes.
Sprinkle more coconut. Top each with Cherry.

Summer Sunset Salad Serves 4. 200 calories each.
1 small lettuce
2 oranges
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup boysenberries or other fruit
Arrange Lettuce on four individual salad plates.
Peel oranges. Slice thin. Cut each in half.
Mound cottage cheese in center of each plate.
Surround with circles of berries.
Edge with half slices of orange.
Serve with favorite salad dressing if desired.
