Fruit salad is one of the foods my family always prepares for a family reunion, and it never lasts long. I can't think of one person in our family that does not like Fruit salad.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 cup seedless red grapes
3 apples cored and sliced thin
2 oranges peeled and cut into thin wedges
2 sliced bananas
12 oz. crushed pineapple
1 cup cucumber, peeled sliced thin (cucumber is optional)
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. white sugar or Splenda
In a large bowl add grapes, apples, bananas, pineapple, cucumber, oranges and walnuts.
In a small bowl mix the sour cream with the white sugar or Splenda and mix well.
Refridgerate.
Just before serving, add the dressing to the fruit salad.
Prepare for the fruit salad to melt in your mouth. Enjoy!
