The reason Spider Man and all comic book greats like this can and always will live up to the hype is that they are timeless. People in their 30's, 40's and up want to rush out to see them because of the nostalgia. They remember how much they loved Spidey when they were a child. And there is always a new generation of children that are reading and becoming fans. These are must see movies because it is Spiderman. Taking the story from a comic book great, this is a hard movie to mess up.
I think the third one will be the best since this is the alien spider man. It is a whole new and different side to Spiderman when he is wearing his black suit. This should be the best of the trio. It should show a new dimension of the character. People will want to see that and they also want to see the action and computer graphics and stunts that are done.
