Mrs. Norris:
At some point, I expect confirmation that Mrs. Norris (Filch's cat) is part Kneazle. Her intelligence (even for a cat), and ability to sniff out rule breakers is positively uncanny.

Snape Is Good:
I'm sorry but "Snape is evil" is just too easy to do. Rowling is not one to go in for the obvious. Dumbledore pled with Snape, but did not show fear. If Dumbledore believed that Snape wouldn't kill him because Snape is good, he wouldn't have pled. If Dumbledore believed that Snape was evil and was going to kill him, he'd have shown fear or anger. No, Dumbledore was pleading with Snape to kill him, either for his own reasons, or to protect Draco.

Draco Isn't All Bad:
I don't have much to back me up on this aside from Draco's inability to kill Dumbledore. I personally think that he was just a Daddy's Boy, and wanted to keep the family "honor". Now he's in over his head, and if he can get out of it without endangering his mother, I think he will.

As I said, these are only my pet theories. If you bring up any point in the books, I can probably build a theory on it. After all, if these were the only subjects open to debate, Mugglenet wouldn't have had a New York Time's Best Seller written entirely on their theories for the final book.
