I love being single for many reasons, here are my top ten reasons to savor the single life:

1. I genuinely like my own company and sometimes I want a little me time, being single I don't have to worry about how my boyfriend will feel when I tell him that I just want to spend some time by myself.

2. I don't have to compromise with someone over every little thing, I want to watch what I want to watch on TV, I want to go where I want when I want, I don't want to have to do what we want.

3. I hate arguing, no matter how great a relationship is there will still always be the occasional argument. Being single I don't have to worry about causing an argument with myself.

4. I am incredibly independent being single allows me to be that way.

5. I can go for a night out with the girls, or a night out with the guys without either having to worry about my boyfriend feeling left out when I go out with the girls, or guys.

6. I have lots of male friends, in fact most of my friends are guys. Most guys don't understand that it really is possible for men and women to be just friends and almost every boyfriend I have had has had a problem with me going out with the guys, especially if he is not invited.

7. Going out with the girls, flirting with guys is fun and not something I'm ready to give up. Going out on the pull is one of my favorite weekend pastimes.

8. I'm a workaholic, I spend a lot of time either at work or thinking about work. Being single I don't need to worry about neglecting my boyfriend for my work.

9. I don't have to worry about not getting on with my boyfriends friends or him not getting on with mine. Being single I don't have to choose between my friends and my boyfriend, believe me if it came down to choosing my friends would win every time.

10. I love my bed, I like to spend as much time there as possible there. Being single I get the whole bed to myself.
