http://www.bbc.co.uk/ languages/spanish/ appears to be a not bad site. They even have some flash learning for "Cool Spanish", also known as slang.

http://www.learnspanisht oday.com offers some free lessons, and then you can pay to learn more.

http://www2.rosettastone. com/en/ has a free demo to try out, but you have to pay for the full course. They also offer lessons in many other languages.
