I definitely have seen enough of American Idol (AI). every season, we see a few hopefuls and many more who can't sing, and yet wanna be a superstar. I am not biased against these people. Rather, I feel sad for them. Cos' i can imagine millions around the world laughing at their expense, as a result of the funny and sometimes wierd antics on television.

I understand that these people are just trying their best at doing something they like. However, I feel that the judges tend to be really crude at times, espically our devil judge, Mr Simon Cowell. He really takes the dignity away of contestants and while this is a reality show, what he does or says at times, i really can't reconcile the logic behind it.

Lastly, I would say that this show has had its days of glory for the first 2 seasons, especially with the surprise package of our William Hung. WHo can forget his famous quote " I have gave my very best and I have no regrets". He is the man, who epitomises courage despite being criticised so badly in the auditions. Kudos to him.

But then all good things have to come to a stop and I really hope that A.I will finallly come to a stop after this season.
