Bellyfat workout? There is only one good answer for getting rid of it: YOU MUST WORKOUT EVERY DAY.
The abdomen region is a set of muscles. The reason why doing exercises every day is because it's a an area that is meant to store fat for starvation periods.
So, if you really want to get rid of your bellyfat, you must do an ab-workout every day. See your calendar? Every day on your calendar has to have an ab-workout on it.
The other fact about ab-workouts is that you must have a healthy diet while you perform the workout. People hold fat in different places on their bodies, one of the biggest areas is the trunk and abdomen. Keep your diet high in protein. About half your pounds in grams of protein, for example, a person who weighs 150 lbs should consume about 75 grams of protein over the course of a day. Three meals a day usually provide enough protein.
Secondly, restrict the amount of fat that you consume per day. Unless you are participating in a high-carb diet to gain pounds, you ideally want to have a low-calorie diet. Keep your limit to 2000 calories if you exercise lightly, limit it to 2500 calories if you have a higher energy requirement.
Here are a few ideas:
1. 50 crunches every morning
Crunches are a great way to get strong upper-abdomen muscles. Simple lay on your back, feet flat on the floor, knees up. Cross your arms in a way that is most comfortable for you.
Lift your shoulders a few inches off the floor. Repeat.
2. Leg Lifts every morning
For the lower abdomen, lay on your back with your legs straight out. Now put your hands palm-down near your buttocks.
Lift your legs up a few inches from the floor. Repeat.
As always, you should consult your doctor before attempting a work-out regimen or changing your diet drastically. Abdomen exercises can be tough on your back, so be careful when attempting them.
People tend to gain fat based on release of cortisol, so remember to keep stress-free. Weight can fluctuate based on your emotional state there's nothing like taking comfort in food, or rewarding yourself with ice cream and carbohydrates. Make sure to take some time to confront your inner issues as well as your external appearance.
Also, keep in mind that your beer consumption may be increasing your bellyfat, so watch out!
