I have some tips that have worked for me when I have had lack of sleep and my eyes needed some sparkle put back in them.
1. Use and eye cream before applying make up and every night before going to bed.
2. Apply concealer under and around the eye, apply foundation to the eyelid, then use a light shimmery colored shadow and sweep across your entire eye, apply a darker shade to the crease of your eyelid.
3. Use a dark colored liner such as navy on top lash line and white or nude colored pencil on your bottom lashes. The dark color up top will make the whites of your eyes appear whiter and the white or nude at the bottom will add to this effect.
4. Curl your lashes and apply two coats of volumizing mascara and curl once more.
5. Add a bit of shimmer to the inner corner of the eye with a light shimmery eye shadow. This will reflect light and cause the eyes to shimmer and look brighter.
I hope this tips help you as much as they have helped me.
