Patience is a virtue!

When you first get started you can easily get discouraged, because surveys dont come in that often.

The most important thing is to register with a lot of panels and to find the good ones. My personal Top 5 with some additional infos can be found here: http://www.heliumknowledge.com /hk/view_answer.asp?a_id=21269 .

For surveys to come in regulary it took me about 3 to 4 months. Just take your time registering and keep away from sites that take your money to tell you where the surveys are! You can easily find them on the net yourself.

When surveys start coming in:

- You will not be eligible for every survey that comes in! Most of the time you will have to answer a few profile questions before you know your elgibility.

- Most surveys take about ten minutes to complete. The longer ones should normally pay more. Some are of course shorter.

- Some companies take very long to pay (up to 8 weeks from my own experience)

- Not all companies offer cash rewards, some give you vouchers for places like Amazon or enter you in prizedraws.

- US residents have more surveys availabl than residents in any other country
