Here are all the Google Adsense Secrets you need to start making money with Google Adsense right away - even if you don't have a website, and don't know a lick of HTML.

First, you don't have to wait forever to get approved to run Google Adsense ads on your website or blog.

You'll read in other articles that you should have so many pages of content before you apply, and even then it might take weeks to be approved.

But you can get approval pronto and start making money right away with the following technique:

Go to Blogger.com and sign up for a blog. It's free, and their system is easy to use and works great.

Best of all it's owned by Google and they like to promote it.

Put on a few posts so the Adsense googlebots will know what kind of ads to put on your pages, and then go to the Layout page on Blogger. Choose "Add a Page Element" and on the page that pops up select the "Adsense" button which says beneath it that you can "earn revenue by displaying relevant ads on your blog." This is where you click to apply for Adsense.

DON'T APPLY ANYWHERE ELSE!

It'll take a lot longer if you do. It's quickest to apply directly through Blogger (but if you do apply directly to Adsense, or from your Gmail account or somewhere else other than Blogger, and it seems to be taking forever to get approval, just drop the Adsense people a quick email and you'll usually get approval for your Blogger blog fairly soon after they hear from you).

Now you can start putting ads on your blog.

And here's another secret.

You aren't confined to just putting Adsense ads on this blog. You can put them on any web page you like! Provided that you follow the Adsense guidelines (which you should read and follow scrupulously - Adsense is a great program; you don't want to get kicked out of it).

When it comes to the placement of ads on your pages a little effort can yield big results. Google has some super tools for optimizing your ads at its Adsense site, and you should use them all to make the most money possible.

Sometimes, a very small change in page position, or background color, will make your click-through rate (and therefore your Adsense checks) double or even triple.

Remember to test your ads with channels (which are explained in detail on the Adsense site) to see which ads are working best on your pages.

One last tip.

Don't forget to put a Google Search Bar somewhere on your blog's homepage. Your visitors will appreciate it - and you'll get paid every time they do a search that leads them to clicking on an add.
