Things to do in London in the spring

There is no place better than a visit to London, but first you should think about getting around. Whilst you may think 39.00 is rather a lot to spend on a London Travel Pass with careful planning you can get your money back.

Offering FREE entry to over 55 attractions, discounts at shops and restaurants, up to 50% off Theatre tickets and even a FREE TEDDY BEAR if you show your pass at any of the Crest of London Souvenier Shops. It also comes with a handy Guide Book and showing your pass will eliminate you from those long queues enabling you to head straight to the front.

HMS BELFAST (entrance 8.50 FREE with pass). A unique floating museum offering a fascinating glimpse of naval life. You can explore her nine decks including the massive boiler and engine rooms, operate the anti-aircraft guns and experience what life was like for those on board.

THE TOWER OF LONDON. (entrance 16 FREE with the pass). Discover its long and eventful history, its buildings and collections including the Crown Jewels and Royal Armouries.

LONDON ZOO. (entrance 14.50 FREE with the pass).

THE SHERLOCK HOLMES MUSEUM (entrance 6.00 FREE with pass)

Why not top the day off with A MEDIEVAL BANQUETTE Join King Henry VIII and his special guests who will perform a show of festive pageantry. Your very own wenches will sing and dance while serving your banquet and refilling your glass. Unlimited beer and wine will be served during your meal. After the four-course banquet and show, there is music and dancing until late. A 15% discount is given to Pass holders.

Of course you could be interested in HIDDEN LONDON. Take in the FAN MUSEUM again FREE and continue on to see the Cutty Sark and the Greenwich Observatory and the National Maritime Museum.

Your choices are endless and I wish you a good time.
