The benefits of mushrooms

Know, it is a pure vegetarian food! One will taste like meat! The other will taste like chicken! Enjoy the difference!

Mushroom is a Fungus!
There are hundreds of varieties of mushrooms available in nature. However, only a few are harmless; readily available, edible and tasty.

Royal Food!
The pharaohs of Egypt enjoyed mushrooms so much, that they decreed mushrooms could only be eaten by royalty and that no commoner could even touch them, thus giving the royal family the entire available supply.

Rich in Nutrients too!
In Russia, mushrooms are an important part of the diet. They are especially tasty and many are rich on nutrients. Mushrooms are also easily preserved.

Edible Mushrooms Identified!
Universities and Research stations all over the world have gone deep into the details of mushrooms. They have identified and segregated the edible mushrooms from the lot. In general, very colorful and attractive mushrooms are found to be highly poisonous and dangerous to consume.

Button mushrooms-Mutton like!
Agaricus bisporus is the most popular button mushroom also known as champignon. This is most extensively cultivated in the world, now accounts for 38% of the world production of all cultivated mushrooms.

Oyster mushrooms-Chicken like!
The Oyster mushroom, or Pleurotus ostreatus, is a common mushroom prized for its edibility. Both the Latin and common name refer to the shape of the fruiting body-looking like oyster. It also tastes like oysters. You will enjoy its taste as boneless chicken too.

Tested processed and packed!
However, these plain white mushrooms of both oyster and button types are edible. However, you should buy them fresh from the reliable sources in markets. We can take it granted that good branded mushrooms are tested, processed, packed and sold in suitable containers.

Vegetable in Nature! Non Vegetarian in Taste!
Mushroom is a very simple vegetable like substance having the characters of chicken or meat when cooked. It is a vegetarian food tasting like non vegetarian bonanza.

You can make mushroom delicacies quite easily. But be assured that they will be companionable with any kind of main food like rice, bread, chapattis, parathas, and pizzas.

Spicy and Tasty-Not salty!
Just try; the ingredients required may be changed for bringing different tastes; however, you need to be careful in adding salt. Mushrooms require only a little salt, as they get shrunk in quantity, when cooked.
