Do you have love handles that you want to loose? Today, i will show you quick and simple steps to losing your love handles. You have to be committed. And don't loose hope.
Tip 01.
To try to loose your love handles you need to exercise around the mid-drift. What you do is if you can find a big watermelon, and set it on your stomach, and do 30 pull-ups everyday you will start seeing your love handles disappear.
Tip 02.
Another way you can loose your love handles is by doing the "Side Bridge".
1st,Lie on your right side with your bent knees slightly forward of your body and your feet tucked behind you. Bend your right elbow and rest your forearm along the floor so that your right hand is out in front of you and place your left palm in front of your chest for balance and support as needed. Pull your abs in tight. Keeping your abs pulled strongly inward, lift your torso and hips off the floor and hold for a slow count of 20. As you hold, concentrate on letting your abdominal muscles do all of the work and keeping your neck, shoulders and lower back relaxed.
slowly lower to the start, rest briefly, and repeat twice before switching to the other side.
Tip 03. This other tip I'm about to give you comes from my dad, he always told me if i wanted to loose weight/love handles eat melons. After you have eaten melons, do 70 push ups. You should do this for about 1 month, and you should loose your love handles.
