2007 Spring fashion for women sees the revival of bold floral prints, stripes, polka dots and bows, even the odd leopard skin design has crept into some fashion houses. The Empire line is back teamed up with cropped jackets for normal day wear with chiffon being the order of the day for evenings.

Flowing handkerchief skirts and 60's style Gypsy dresses for casual day wear whilst shirt dresses are predominately the style for the workplace.

Shoes still somewhat hold last year's trend of ballet type flats shoes, thonged sandals and platforms in natural leather, patent and jewelled effects teamed with a clutch bag.

Jewelery still sees Indian style dangly necklaces or hearts with cuff bracelets and bangles in many colours and designs. Chunky watches and rings complete the ensemble.

For Men the 70's look is back tight, high-waisted trousers are matched with equally slim fitting waistcoats, while some designers are channeling a little more of the punk '70s look. Cuffed, dark trousers that are slightly cropped and worn. Now having gotten used to wearing those slim fits they now have to dig out those baggy shirts, Hawaiian print shirts with loose shorts. The right accessory is dog tags and the wallet...chuck that old boring brown or black and invest in a nice yellow or gold leather.

On a personal note, now thinking of warm days and the summer it is more of a case of will the 'roly poly' woman will come back into fashion rather than the size zero.
