The importance of Senators in Canada is undeniable. Senators are extra voices in the government. Unfortunately the effectiveness of Senators is undermined by the fact these individuals do not contribute justified views. Although this class group provides regional balancing, their usefulness is marred by negligence. Unless vital reconstruction of occupational workforce is initiated, further use of senates is condemned.

In the House of Senate there are 105 members, sixty-eight from the Liberals, twenty-three from the Conservatives, and fourteen from various parties. These numbers show that the overall judgments of Senators are impaired by the sheer overriding of Liberals. This creates a group of people that are not dynamic in distinctionbut merely pawns of biased views. Senators are imprisoned in a cage of politics, unwilling to escape the confinements that make them valuable.
Renewal of the Senate system is advised due to the outdated process in which the Senates currently exercise. At the current standing, seats for Senators are in the form of patronage. Senators will never be a contributing factor to Canadians unless democratic election is commenced. However, many citizens believe that the massive amount of money involved in reworking the Senate is futile.

Canadians outside of Ontario and Quebec would be left forlorn without the Senate because of the overwhelming population in these two provinces. Equalization of the country is an unconditionally contributing factor in Canada. This provides equivalent voices for smaller provinces and encourages regional balance.

The aid of women within the Senate is neglected and almost all senators are from aristocratic society. This shows that the representation of Senators is waned to mere flaunting of the leading party in power. Elected Senators would be a more accurate display of diverse representation and unbiased judgment. Unfortunately this also makes decisions drawn out and reconsidered consistently, causing drastic increase in the effectiveness of the government. This may not necessary be entirely negative, as this provides fully inquired arrangements to Canada.

If the government does not renew the Senate system, they will remain are a hindrance economically due to their indifference to society. It is the citizens of Canada that provide these individuals with a carefree lifestyle. Canadians are also the ones to suffer due to negligence on various Senators. When Canadians' are handicapped, the future deteriorates. Is this a worthy price to pay for inadvertence?
