Adverse possession is a traditional way of taking profit, property and nations by force. Humanity socially evolved its technological place on Earth, yet the ground breaking of Cain killing the pastoral Abel is a metaphor for modern political difficulties of over-population and bad political management skills. Humanity prefers and irrational economic expansion over an orderly and just one. Political crashes and the collapse of civilizations are inevitably actualized instead of reasoned transitions. Illegal alien immigration that subverts national democracy is desired by those concentrating wealth for corporations of a trans-national nature that prefer a communalized global environment with no obstructions to trans-national corporate business power.

With global warming, a population of more than six billion people on Earth and the greatest mass extinction in progress in several million years the United States needs to arrest population growth. In fact most American and European population is the product of immigration from second world nations. While that may be desirable for old style thermodynamically inefficient non-ecologically conservative business models it is a policy of disaster for an ecological economic refounding of the U.S. economy.  

Illegal aliens are a tool of destruction  for the necessary increase of education and standard of living for Americans that needs to develop with a zero growth economic policy that increases only in quality rather than quantity. Such a thermodynamically rational determination still leaves the world population in a precarious condition where it consumes far more non-renewable resources than the world can sustain. 

If America has 500 million less well educated citizens slipping back into an 18th century kind of civil slippage into neo-feudalist domination by corporations it will be worse off than in a very high tech and ecologically progressive environment able to lead by example high-tech solutions to ecological challenges in Africa, Eurasia and Latin America. The influx of illegal aliens from Mexico are probably one of the critical tipping points in the battle to save the world for human occupation or give it over to environmental doom and the natural corrections that reduce populations by force of nature and evil acts of mankind.
