Best sitcoms of all time

I have had so many favorite sit-coms over the years, that I would really be hard pressed to come up with just one. So, I instead of even attempting to choose, I will list them by decade beginning with the 1970s.

1970s:

The Brady Bunch- It's a classic! I have probably seen every single episode more than ten times, and I truly never get tired of them.

Happy Days- I remember getting so excited when this show would come on. The Fonz was an icon in my youth. I look back on the character now and can still see what the appeal was. Fonzie epitomized cool! I was head over heels in love with Scott Baio, too! The only question I have, as I know many others do...What ever happened to Chuck?!

1980s:

The Facts of Life- Not the first season, because it didn't have Jo. I really don't know why now, years later, but I thought she was so cool back then. I loved the whole leather jacket/motorcycle thing. She was the Fonz of her day.

1990s:

Wings- I was so obsessed with Wings that I used to record each episode on my VCR and watch them so much that I wore out the tapes. I would have really appreciated a DVD player and Netflix back then. I adored Helen and Joe. They were my Ross and Rachel before Ross and Rachel existed. And Brian and Lowell often had me cracking up for no apparent reason whatsoever.

Newsradio- I think Newsradio was so innovative for its time. Phil Hartman and Andy Dick were always such a riot. You never knew what would come out of their mouths...always an adventure. I remember the episode where the station addressed Bill's (Phil's) death as a really sad moment. I cried, I admit.

Boy Meets World- Ironically, I did not start watching this show until it started re-running on the Disney Channel, so I can't honestly say that I have seen every episode. I'm not sure that TDC ran them all. I can say, though, that the ones they did run, I've seen about 100 times each. I never get bored with this show. Cory and Topanga were great, but I gravitated more towards Shawn and Angela as a favorite couple. And, I do not know if there is a sitcom character that has made me laugh harder than Eric Matthews.

Ned and Stacy- I know it only ran for two seasons, but Thomas Haden Church was such a hoot. I'm glad it didn't make it, because if it did, we'd never have had Will and Grace, and THC may not have gone on to movie success. But, at the time, I was so disappointed when it ended. I think now as I look back that Ned and Stacy were just too mean to each other, and it might have been a turnoff to
