Depends on the difference between RACE and CULTURE.
These two are not mixed. Race is appearance only. Culture is the tradiditions and customs of a people.
Racism is usually only appearance based, but can extend to the cultural base of a people group as well.
We can learn a lot from different cultures and even find things preferrable in different cultures to our own.
I think the major problem with this as well, is an evolutionary mindset. If one believes one culture is more "advanced" than another, then they're going to judge one as better than another.
But what is advancement really? Just a culmination of ideas. A culmination of knowledge over the years.
It doesn't make a people group dumber or weaker. It's just that certain people groups have spent a lot more time culminating knowledge than others for purposes.
There is no excuse for racism ever. We should respect other cultures and teach our children to do the same. Except where other cultures turn to idoltary instead of worshipping the God that made us.
