In January 2008 my family & I enjoyed a delighful lunch at Kringla Bakeri at the Norway Pavilion in Walt Disney World's Epcot.
I decided I wanted to eat here to have a nice, light lunch (with sweets) & enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. My husband & I had eaten here on our honeymoon a mere 10 years ago & I remembered enjoying it.
My seven-year-old son & I split a Turkey open faced sandwich. Very good & light. My husband had his own. My three year old son eats next to nothing-he had Cheez-Its & Fruit snacks we brought along.
My seven year old also had a fruit cup, mostly grapes, but good.
I ordered a Lefse a rolled flat bread with butter, sugar & cinnmon, and a Schoolbread. The Schoolbread was FANTASTIC. Yummy cream on the inside. Coconut on the outside. Loved it. The Lefse I could take it or leave it. It wasn't what I was expecting. Not bad, but not as good as the Schoolbread in my opinion.
Location Rating: A+ (nice warm day, quiet outside seating, not invaded by birds, very clean)
Food Rating: A+
Service: A (walked right up & placed our order, no one else in line, very nice CMs)
Overall Experience: A+ I highly recommend stopping in here, even if just for dessert!
