Every sports fan has a favourite team, a favourite player or a favourite event. My team - well, that would be telling, wouldn't it?
This basic truth makes choosing a gift for a sports fan amongst the easiest decision in the world.
If its a favourite team - simple, go to the team's online shop and buy some memorabilia. A new scarf, hat, banner, picture, book about that time when they were winning. easy. Job done!
If its a favourite player or a favourite event - still simple, but needing a little more time, go to ebay and search for an autographed ball or picture, a special dated newspaper whose headline tells of the team's to the sportsperson's greatest victory.
If you like the sport (or at least, don;t dislike it too much, buy some tickets to a big event and both of you go.
I told you it was easy!
