Should employers be held to higher standards in their treatment of employees
Article ToolsI have worked for many employers in my life.
I have learned that if you treat your employees good you will have more productive employees.
If your company is customer service and you treat your employees with dignity and respect they will treat the customers the same way. If you constantly put your employees down never show them appreciation for the work they do they will take it out on the customer because they will not care.
I use to work for this company. I had two losers for managers. They would have lunches they would not invite every employee to the lunches just certain employees and the employees they would leave out they would flaunt the lunches in their faces it made them feel high and mighty.
Employers should understand without employees you do not have a business. Keeping employees for a long time means you have people who are competent with their job. If you are constantly losing people and then hiring new people then those new people have to be trained and they will not be competent at their job. If your company has regular customers those customers are going to get tired of dealing with new employees all the time.
