Prisoners "on the street"? If you don't mean 'criminals who have not been caught,' then I have to assume you're talking about ALL OF US-both in the sense that our personal lives are usually "not mandated by the government's law" and in the sense that people of the world are "imprisoned" by stupidity.

But who wants to "know" everything?

I was born because my mommy and daddy shared a special kiss. I never wanted to know anything different about my birth. Maybe being limited to that stupidity would've ended my royal bloodline, thus 'imprisoning' my bloodline to a death-sentence in this world.

But, when I have a child, that would be criminal too (unless Bushie calls me up and says, "Hey person, go out and meet someone to mate- and 'make babies' with ... beh-heh-heh-heh-heh {or however Jon Stewart does that}." Oh, not criminal in the sense that we wouldn't be willing-partners; rather in the sense that 'we weren't commanded to be.')

So; technically, no; the way you meant it, yes. lol
