How to avoid getting a hangover before drinking

Hangovers are natures "I told you so" and it's a nagging that lasts all the next day. There's a few remedies on how to "avoid" the dreaded pounding the next day, but quite simply, moderation is the ultimate dodge to a hangover.

Yeah yeah, who let the wet blanket write this article? But it's the truth, pounding down shots and rounds is really what gets you drunk, and without being drunk there really is no hangover, right? Somethings go hand in hand, drinking and hangovers are it.

It's the bodies way of saying, "you've abused me". Pain is the warning from within that we are all supposed to take and not repeat. This is the equivalent of every weekend going out and punching or kicking something until you couldn't feel it, waking up the next day, nursing it along, feeling better, just in time to do it again.

Bottom line, if you're gonna go out and drink like a big party animal, take your hangover like one and quit your bitching!
