Everyone wants to get paid to write. It is not as easy as it should be. One of the more popular ways is to write good content..meaning useful information..and then put google's adwords on that webpage. but then you need traffic.

One way to get around that is to join a website that provides traffic for you, you just provide the content. www.writingup.com does just that.

You can also make an account at Blogger.com or any of the other blog sites and try to get traffic on your own.

3. www.authorssociety.org

4. www.google.com/adsense

I would purchase a Writers Market book from Barnes n Noble and see what websites will pay you to submit articles.

www.articlesubmit.com will also pay you to submit articles according to how often they are read. As with many sites, you have to build up your readers. Which can take awhile and a lot of hard work. I would suggest taking a different route and submitting your work to magazines through the writers market book.
