Developing our psychic abilities is as natural a process throughout one's lifetime as is aging and growing old. We all just naturally do it... it naturally just happens.

Each of us has our own innate and natural wisdom built right in. In using our built-in-wisdom system, we become well-acqainted with it, and eventually are able to discern subtle messages as easily as tuning in a radio.

Developing a higher level of self-awareness may a more accurate description of what is truly needed in order to consciously enhance psychic abilities, thus increasing one's psychic sensitivity at a more rapid pace. Becoming aware of the way you already use your own abilities will help you to become more attentive to them, which in turn will bring you more finely in tune with your own psychic messages and communications, eventually bringing your psychic abilities to great new levels.

You can begin by noticing everything. Notice everything you do or choose not to do, notice the things that make you change your course of action, notice the things that stand out to you during day and any subtle messages they may be conveying to you, notice what your emotions have been telling you (though you may not have been listening), notice your thoughts, then empty your mind of them.

Bring yourself more consciously into alignment with your environment. Notice the colors of the clothes you feel good in. Meditate on these colors and become aware of the way you "feel" with each choice. Make a healthy habit of doing something each day that is just a little bit different from your usual routine, and notice the way your body and mind respond. You may find yourself receiving "new" guidance in a new situation.

Pay attention to the silent interactions you have with others and notice the subtle forms of psychic communication that happen naturally. Notice the way you play with your pets and the interactions that are involved.

When the day is through, journal anything you find of interest about the things that you have noticed.

In time you will be able to see patterns that can lead you to more fully understand your personal forms of psychic communication, thus allowing you to put them into practice at a more conscious level of awareness, and eventually to master them. Over time, with a little effort and concentration, you can become a natural expert, just by living an everyday life.

Conscious development of psychic awareness is a key to becoming fine tuned in one's own abilities, and can be one of the most rewarding and fullfilling things that one can master in the course of a lifetime. It is our free gift from the Universal Life Source... accept it.
