Exercise solves stress problems

Exercise is helpful in many ways to your health.

It helps decrease high-blood pressure by reducing the plaque build up in the arteries, thereby reducing the chance of heart attack, angina and strokes.
It also helps increase lung capacity making breathing easier.
Perhaps the most advertised benefit of exercise is weight loss from fats being burnt for energy.

Another reason for exercise is to relieve stress.

People feel more healthy and happy with themselves for encouraging themselves to work on their health.
People can feel depressed when they get out of breath climbing to the top of the stairs. Regular exercise should make breathing easier and make people feel better about themselves.

The best part of exercise for relieving stress is the chemicals that are released from the body.
Serotonin and norepinephrine levels increase in the brain.
This can cause natural feelings of happiness and relaxation.
Serotonin (also released when eating chocolate) can help with sleep patterns. People who sleep better during the night will have greater energy levels feeling much less lethargic than before.
