Hotels.com has quickly become the preeminent site for finding a place to stay when travelling. What has contributed to this website's astounding success?

First, it does what it says. The site's motto is that they know hotels inside and out. This actually appears to be the case. A user can type the name of almost any city, small or large, and the website will just about always have at least two choices of places to stay, including photographs and contact information.

Another handy feature is that the website is exceedingly easy to use. Font sizes are not too small, and the colors don't bark at you like an oversized dog. The tabs at the top of the page provide options including flights, condos, B&B's, deals and discount packages. Furthermore, the site clearly displays its partners and shows that by using those partners you can save money.

A third feature of Hotels.com is that they have impressive advertising. Due to this advertising, many hotels have found it is in their best interest to send their information to Hotels.com, in order to be included in the searches done on the site. This means that Hotels.com will pretty much always be current and be providing the best information available.

At the risk of sounding like an advertisement, it seems almost a fact that Hotels.com is the best site of its kind out there.
