Ways to keep a healthy and fit body

First off, people are right when they say all you need is a good diet and exercise. The only problem is, it's not half as easy as it sounds. You have to find time to exercise, good food to eat with all the bad food around it, and live a normal life. The solution that has always worked for me is routine. I exercise the same hour every day, and eat from the same selections of fruits ad carb. free dishes. For five months I have been dedicated to this diet and lifestyle, and I have seen massive improvement. The trick is that when you get used to it being part of your everyday habits, it becomes easy. We used to never want to brush our teeth as kids, but as we grew older and it became a natural habit not brushing wouldn't feel right. Same thing with exercise and diet. Just be dedicated to it and practice eating healthy and exercising on a regular occasion and you will be fine.
