Watching peoples faces
as they pass me by,
Why do some look so sad,
i ask myself why.
Maybe they are hurting,
Maybe they just feel blue,
I feel like going up to them,
and saying "whats up with you".
Watching, wondering,
thats all i can do.
The sun is out a shining,
Yet people seem subdued,
Maybe they're just thinking
of whats to come thats new.
The birds singing in the trees,
Children begging mummy, please,
The traffic bustling in the streets,
Daytime passes to the night,
yet all i do, from early morning,
is keep my eyes open,
i just keep watching.

exposed to perish we clung
Because I see what he does
