How to deal with dust allergies and other spring cleaning respiratory problems

Dust, pollen, animals, cleaning agents or perfumes, no matter the allergic culprit, it is impossible to escape their miserable effects if you are a sufferer. Not only can they not be totally eradicated from your home, but no sooner than you start cleaning, up pops another hazard. The person who thinks they can eliminate the problem through vigilance and diligence is just adding insult to injury and working themselves to no avail. I know the misery because for years I engaged in this battle and still suffered miserably.

The solution is not eliminating the allergen, but rather elimination of your body's negative response to the allergen. You may say is this possible? The answer is a resounding yes. And millions of former allergy suffers agree. You intuitively know it to be true because other family members living in the same environment with you a do not have a problem.

How to do it? By building up your body's innate immune response to neutralize the allergen. But, how? By adding a nutrient back to your diet that is meant to be there anyway. Obviously you need a little more than other family members this is why you are suffering. That substance is MSM, scientific name, Methosulfonymethane. Its the tonic that your dog or cat is getting when it is sick and goes out, eats the grass and come back so chipper. MSM is a natural ingredient in fresh organically grown fruits and vegetables and meats. The problem is that it is a very fragile nutrient, easily destroyed by heat so when foods are cooked the MSM is destroyed. Therefore the best way to get this nutrient into the body is by supplementation.

While, a few people recognize this natural nutrient's effectiveness for joint health, most do not know of its power to neutralize allergens, including potentially deadly bee stings and snake venom! It should always be taken with vitamin "C" to further enhance its effectiveness. Purchase it a health food stores and at most supermarkets in the supplements section and breath easy!
