Here is the question that needs to be answered first and foremost. Do you consider talking to someone online to technically be cheating? They could simply be chatting for conversation or just to amuse a part of themselves that is usually ignored.
This is what we call the grey area. Alot of times a meeting will be arranged for the two parties involved. Maybe it already has, maybe not. But if the people connect and want to farther get to know one another, chances are they will end up meeting. So how do you know if your spouse is typing all of your attention to someone else?
1. They will be on the computer alot.
2. They may get a bit testy if your on the computer, when they want to use it.
3. They more than likely will be secretive. Such as if you walk up behind them, they
will either block the screen, or cancel out what they were doing.
4. If they are indeed cheating chances are, the juicy aspects of the conversation
won't happen if your around. But when your spouse is typing, look at them. Are
they smiling? Has there entire mood change? After they finally get off the
computer, are they overly happy, or upset?
These are just simple things to look for. But if you pay close attention, you can tell alot from a person by their reactions or jesters. But when you really think about it, can you stop it? Do you have the sort of relationship that he or she will tell you straight out if you asked? Remember signs of cheating doesn't necessarily mean that they are cheating. But there is a good chance of it. So, keep those eyes open. If your really not sure whats going on or how to even begin to deal with this situation, you could always do what you know your probably going to end up doing anyway. Check it out. It's not rocket science. There is always a way.
Now I don't condone stepping into someones private space, but if you are married their space is your space. Legally you own half of it. So take a little look, see what you find, or lack there of. Better you find out, then always wondering. And if the end result is bad, then the rest is up to you.
