Hypnosis: Effective method of weight loss

Hypnosis is a natural relaxed state of mind. Under hypnosis, one would not do anything they normal would not do. Under hypnosis, one still upholds their moral standard. They can not be made to do anything that they don't want to do. For example, someone could not be hypnotized and told to rob a bank, or worse, kill someone because a normal person would not do those things. Their moral standard is higher so their subconscious will not lead them to danger. Its just like, you may not have rode a bike in years but if someone asked you to ride one, you could because your subconscious mind never forgets. You rode that bike so many times that your subconscious mind picked up on it and stored it away in case you ever needed to use it again.

Hypnosis is like the feeling you have when you first wake up in the morning. You can hear the birds singing, the wind blowing, the alarm clock buzzing, but you just want to lie there and keep feeling this wonderful relaxed state. It's the same as the feeling when you are trying to get to sleep at night. You are almost asleep but you can hear everything around you. Whether it is the dog barking or someone watching TV in the next room, you let this feeling just take you into sleep. Someone people go into this natural state of hypnosis when they are driving to the grocery store. They start thinking about their grocery list or something they need to do and suddenly they are at their destination. Now they went through all the red lights without getting hit, they passed vehicles, but they just don't remember any of it. That's Hypnosis!

Normally with weight loss, food is not the problem; the problem usually involves depression, low self- esteem, and low willpower. Usually food becomes the pacifier for a person with these symptoms. Hypnosis helps the depression, low self-esteem and low willpower by changing your way of thinking about your body and the food you eat. It gives you the self confidence you need to begin to love your own body. It gives you the willpower to eat healthy and exercise. Hypnosis just makes you feel wonderful about yourself and your body.

Hypnosis helps you to turn away foods high in fat and carbohydrates. It helps you choose to eat low fat, high protein, low calorie foods. It helps you feel full quicker, eat slower, and eat less than ever before. Also it helps you drink to more water.

Hypnosis helps you to exercise more. If you have joint or back pain, Hypnosis can help take it away so you can exercise. With hypnosis you tend to lose 3-5 pounds a week, which is a good steady weight loss. You have to remember that it took years to put on the weight and it won't come off over night.

With hypnosis you have more energy, less stress, more willpower and just feel great. You do not feel starved and you don't even mention the word diet. It's a wonderful tool to lose weight. I know a lot of my clients that are very satisfied.
