Well I have been seeing my chiropractor for over a year and in that year I have been able to take a more competitive approach to boxing as well as add in running into my weekly life. There is less pain almost no pain now. And my body can move in ways I never thought that it could.
To me a chiropractor solves more then just back problems. I was having a pain in my right hand for months. And after a couple adjustments to the C1 vertebrae no more pain. If you get a good chiropractor then you are set. I still still mine once a week. But I do some pretty intense workouts 3-4 times a week as well as I live hard. I push myself to the max everyday.
It seems like a day doesn't go by that I am not recommending my chiropractor to somebody. I know most people aren't quite that sure about seeing one. But he has made my life so much easier and I will gladly spend the money to get properly adjusted. And I'm the type of person that hates doctors.
Besides what will happen if you go in and just talk to a chiropractor?
