Making your own homemade bubble bath can be as versatile as using aromatherapy. You can make a basic mix and then add scented oil depending on your mood.
I like to have two varieties ready made. Lavender oil to relax me and mint to invigorate me. Depending on your preference, you can choose from coconut, cherry, orange,lavender, apple, the list is endless. The basic recipe for all three is the same, you then just add which ever oil is appropriate.
Making your own products at home not only saves money but you can grantee that it hasn't been tested on animals or contains any chemicals.
Basic recipe.
Roughly 4 cups of hot water.
1 bar of castille soap( made from pure olive oil)
3 oz of liquid glycerin.
Fragrant oil of your choice.
Method
Warm the water.
Grate or flake the soap.
Add liquid glycerin
Add oil.
Castille soap is available in most health shops and via the Internet.
Now go run yourself a bath and lay back and enjoy.
