Bad bosses: How to work for someone who steals your ideas

The best way to deal with someone who steals your ideas, in any workplace, is to make sure, you have it down in writing, or email your boss, with whatever it is that you have come up with, and inform your coworkers. This way, you have proof that it was your idea in the first place.

If someone has already stolen your ideas, whether it is your boss or a coworker,
try and reason with them to why they have done this. If they denie it, but your other coworkers, already know that it was your idea, you could always ask them for backup, as long as it doesn't jeopardize their position.

If you don't succeed on this occasion, for future reference, don't let anyone else know what you come up, and file a copy of it, with your name and date etc on it,
this way you have evidence if someone else manages to trace your idea from somewhere
else, for backup and proof that it is your work.

There's always someone out there ready to stab you in the back, be wary of people you don't really know personally, you will get to know who you can trust and who not to trust eventually. Just be one step ahead of everyone else.
